SIGNATURE RESIDENCES

Signature Residences is a 15-storey premium residential tower located on the Germasogeia waterfront in Limassol, directly opposite Dasoudi Beach.

The development comprises one basement level, a ground-floor lobby and spa, a first-floor amenity podium with pool, twelve residential floors accommodating 27 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms, and a penthouse. The architectural form is defined by continuous curved balcony bands and extensive sky gardens at multiple levels, creating significant structural complexity across the full height of the building.

The structural system combines post-tensioned flat slabs with conventional reinforced concrete flat slabs, supported on RC columns and a coupled shear wall core that provides lateral stability and seismic resistance. The foundation consists of a raft on piles, transferring loads to competent bearing strata below the coastal alluvial soils. The irregular plan geometry and the cantilevered balcony elements at each floor required careful coordination of slab geometry, prestress layout, and shear transfer detailing throughout the tower.
