LAKE VIEW

Lake View is a residential development in Polemidia, Limassol, combining four multi-storey apartment blocks with a cluster of ten villas set around shared landscaped grounds, a swimming pool and a gym. The apartment blocks rise five to six storeys and hold one, two and three-bedroom apartments together with penthouses, while the villas offer lower-rise, ground-linked living on the same gated site.

The scheme was designed by J+A Philippou Architects & Engineers for developer BBF, with common amenity areas and covered parking beneath the blocks tying the apartment and villa clusters together.

Structurally, the apartment blocks are built as reinforced concrete frames stabilised by shear walls, carrying loads down to a raft foundation across the site.

ASD Sotiriou carried out the structural and geotechnical design for the development and provided construction supervision through to completion, coordinating with the architect on the apartment blocks and villas alike.
