PARK TOWER

Park Tower is a 15-storey residential development located along Limassol’s eastern seafront, within the grounds of the Parklane Luxury Collection Resort in Pyrgos.

The tower forms part of a high-end residential destination set directly adjacent to the Mediterranean shoreline, with luxury apartments arranged across the full height of the building.

The structure is a cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame with typical spans of approximately 7 metres. The lateral system combines frames and walls to deliver the seismic performance required for a high-rise on the Limassol coast. Given the beachfront setting — with a shallow water table and soft near-surface ground — a piled raft foundation was adopted to achieve reliable load transfer and control differential settlement.

ASD Sotiriou delivered the full structural design, geotechnical design, and construction supervision for the project, coordinating the foundation and superstructure works across the tower’s full build-out.
