VENERA VILLAS

Venera Villas is a gated residential development in Potamos Germasogeias, Limassol, combining seven detached villas with a twelve-unit apartment block close to the city’s beachfront.

The complex spans three levels above ground, with villas ranging upward of 264 m² and featuring roof gardens, private verandas, and a shared landscaped courtyard built around a communal swimming pool. Covered parking, storage, and pool support facilities are integrated into the overall site layout.

The structure is built as a reinforced concrete frame on a raft foundation, providing a uniform bearing solution across the site without basement excavation. The RC frame supports the villas’ stepped massing and cantilevered balcony forms while accommodating the architectural emphasis on open glazing and roof-level planting.
