Wall Street Business Center is a Class A commercial office building on Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue, one of Limassol’s most sought-after business corridors, in the Agios Athanasios district.

The development comprises seven floors with a total area of 12,250 m², including two basement levels of parking (3,067 m²), a double-height lobby exceeding 7 m, four full office floors of over 1,000 m² each, a mechanical floor, and a usable roof garden. The building is designed to accommodate flexible subdivision of each floor into one to three separate office units.

The structural system is based on post-tensioned flat slabs spanning 8–10 m, allowing column-free open-plan office layouts with a clear ceiling height of 3 m. The foundation consists of a reinforced concrete raft supported on piles, providing reliable load transfer to competent strata and controlling differential settlement across the building footprint. The seismic-resistant frame was designed and detailed to meet the requirements of the applicable seismic zone, ensuring the building’s performance and safety for its intended occupancy.
